Terms of Service
Alphrex is a systematic trading research workspace. These terms summarize the current operating contract for account use, public sharing, and product boundaries.
Operational draft for launch readiness. The product contract is real, but this page should still receive human legal review before broader launch.
Service scope
- Alphrex is for research, comparison, paper tracking, and workflow planning. It is not a broker, not a live-trading system, and not investment advice.
- Free and Pro access differ by explicit coverage, limits, diagnostics depth, and public sharing capability. The public pricing page controls the intended contract summary.
- Ticker support stays bounded. Unsupported names or workflows are outside the contract until Alphrex deliberately expands them.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your login credentials and keeping your email address usable for verification and recovery.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan gates, authorization boundaries, or bounded-product restrictions such as internal-only raw-code surfaces.
- Alphrex may suspend or limit access if an account is used to abuse infrastructure, scrape aggressively, or circumvent the current trust boundary.
Research outputs and sharing
- Saved results, paper records, and portfolio artifacts remain user-scoped unless you intentionally publish or share a public artifact link.
- Public sharing means shared result artifacts, not community distribution of arbitrary raw code or unrestricted multi-tenant execution.
- You remain responsible for how you interpret or act on research outputs generated inside Alphrex.
Availability and changes
- Alphrex is launching in a restrained beta state. Features, limits, or access rules may change as the product hardens.
- Alphrex does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal market-data coverage, or suitability for any specific investment objective.
- If a billing, access, or data issue materially conflicts with the documented contract, use support so it can be reviewed directly.
